This month for a little fun we asked practitioner Amanda Flower a few questions about her journey and life in general! We hope you have enjoy getting to know Amanda a little better!
How often do you play sports? Well I exercise most days and am either walking/running, going to the gym, or yoga. I like doing a variety of things.
Are you usually early or late? I’m an early bird, always have been!
What do you wish you knew more about? Everything – I’ve always been very inquisitive.
What’s the best way to start the day? A nice coffee & some form of exercise
What’s the farthest you’ve ever been from home? I lived in London & Greece for about 6 years when I was working in travel.
Where is the most interesting place you’ve been? Egypt – The whole country was amazing.
Where is the most relaxing place you’ve ever been to? Turkey & Greece – The people, the food, the water – stunning.
What would be the most amazing adventure to go on? Motorhome around Australia or Everest base camp.
What’s the best way a person can spend their time? Doing things that make them happy & eating well – food makes me happy 🙂 !
Why did you decide to do the work you are doing now? I just really like helping people and educating them on how they can help themselves feel better. Giving people the fundamental tools to manage their own health is the best feeling.
If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time? Read, study, cook more. learn a new hobby.
What was the most memorable gift you’ve received? My Australian bush flower essence kit as a graduation present. I love it and it has helped me assist so many people, which makes it even better.
What bends your mind every time you think about it? The universe!! We are so small in the scale of things and when I start thinking about it all, it trips me out.
If you were put into solitary confinement for six months, what would you do to stay sane? I’d have to have a routine – exercise, meditation, read (if I can have a book?!)
If you could convince everyone in the world to do one thing at one point in time, what would that thing be? Travel – you can learn so much about the world & yourself
